Your guarantee comes in two (2) parts with every day work being covered by the first:
- Commission is paid on sale/rental of your properties however, if we fail to sell/rent a property within 12 weeks we will pay YOU and the owner $162.00 USD recurring Compensation each week until it's sold/rented. If listed by an agent, both the agent and their client/owner do not get paid Compensation, however you still do! Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- If we fail to sell/rent any property listed by any affiliate in your entire down-line we’ll pay YOU $16.20 USD Compensation Overrides each week until we do. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- Your HQ comes with a $405,000.00 USD 'No Failure Income Guarantee'. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- Commission is paid out 30 days following the end of month properties are sold/rented, and if you bank less than $405,000.00 USD within 25 weeks we will top your account up with our no failure income guarantee providing you meet the guarantee's validation terms because, we didn't sell/rent your listings. *Subject to terms
- Additional areas come with their own 2 year 'Guaranteed No Failure Income' guarantee, so each area you add to your sales territory increases your cover by $405,000.00 USD . *Subject to terms
- If your sales territory consists of 3 areas, your cover will be 3x $405,000.00 USD = $1,215,000.00 USD . *Subject to terms
- Your 'NFIG' guarantees have 4x 25 week milestones each covering you for $405,000.00 USD if you don't earn $405,000.00 USD after validating your guarantee (maximum of 4 payouts in 2 years possible per guarantee). *Subject to terms
Your Guarantee's Validation
Part Two - The validation process for each of your guarantees is relatively straightforward - We pay out if you fail to bank $405,000.00 USD within any 25 week milestone on the proviso that your affiliate account shows at least 175 new fuly published properties listed within the same period of time. We payout on the basis we failed to sell/rent your property listings. *Subject to terms
The listings that count towards your guarantee's validation 175 target can be made by:
The 175 properties can be listed in any country of the World and NOT necessarily from your area/s, however you must represent us in your HQ with a minimum of thirty-five property listings each milestone. *Subject to terms
Providing you have 175 listings, but failed to bank the full $405,000.00 USD Commission because we didn't sell them all, we will 'top up' your bank account by paying YOU the difference between the Commission we've already paid out and $405,000.00 USD at the end of the 25th week. *Subject to terms
- If you have three (3) areas and get 300 listings, you only qualify for one guarantee (1). To begin the next 25 week milestone your account is reset to ZERO in order to start the next milestone and you collect future Commission from the remaining 125 listings as and when they are sold/rented. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- If you have three (3) areas and get 400 listings, we payout on two (2). To begin the next 25 week milestone your account is reset to ZERO in order to start the next milestone and you collect future Commission from the remaining 50 listings as and when they are sold/rented. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- Excess property listings to the 175 target that are not used to validate another area's guarantee cannot be carried over to the next milestone. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- If you do not get 175 properties required to validate, then unfortunately you don't get the guarantee's payout however; you do get to keep the Commission that you have already been paid, PLUS future Commission and Compensation from the properties that were 'not sold' which sell during another milestone. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms

Example of Two 25 Week Scenarios
1. You only have 99, 5, 120 or 170 properties fully published on week 25:
- We DO NOT payout on the NFIG guarantee in this instance.
- You are paid Commission as properties are sold/rented.
- Commission is paid out as you earn it. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- You get to keep all the Commission and Compensation already paid out for the period. *Subject to terms
- You still get paid future Commission for any property that wasn't sold during the milestone, but sells later on irrespective of when. The same applies to rental properties. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- You still get paid Compensation for any property that wasn't sold during the milestone and remains unsold in a future milestone until it sells irrespective of when. The same applies to rental properties. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- Your account's validation total is reset to ZERO ready for the next milestone.
2. You have over 175 properties, but only 109 of them got sold/rented in 25 weeks:
- We payout on the NFIG guarantee on this occasion. * Subject to terms.
- You are paid Commission as properties are sold/rented. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- Commission is paid out as you earn it. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- We payout the difference between the Commission you have already banked and the guaranteed $405,000.00 USD at the end of the 25th week. *Subject to terms
- You still get paid Commission for any property that wasn't sold during the milestone, but sells in the future providing it is not one of the properties we have topped you up for. The same applies to rental property. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- You still get paid Compensation for any property that wasn't sold during the milestone and remains unsold in a future milestone until it sells irrespective of when. The same applies to rental properties. Commission and Compensation is credited weekly and paid out subject to a $3,240.00 USD threshold being earned before money can be withdrawn. *Subject to terms
- Your account's validation total is reset to ZERO ready for the next milestone.
