What is the difference between a HQ and a strategic area?

The differences are:

- HQ -

Your HQ is where you can market/promote on foot and face to face. You are obligated/contracted to represent us in your HQ. It is a MUST do!

You MUST promote and list property from your HQ area it is part of our agreement and why we pay you so high commissions to encourage you to promote our name and make us a household brand name.

- STRATEGIC/ALO AREA -

In a strategic area (also known also as an ALO area) you do not have to promote, you simply rely on the HQ affiliate to represent us to generate ALO Overrides for you. YOU earn ALO Overrides from each listing they make in the pursuit of their 175 listings.

Some people call their strategic areas 'SLEEPERS' because, they go to sleep in them and still earn ALO Overrides!

We may not be well known right now, but shortly we will be! And then the ALO overrides will start adding up on your account.

- HQ -

HQ areas should be close to your home area to enable you to visit them and represent us. You can have as many HQ areas as you want providing you can represent us in them all.

- STRATEGIC/ALO AREA -

This type of area can be ordered absolutely anywhere in the World.

- HQ & STRATEGIC/ALO AREAS -

Both types of area can earn you ALO Overrides when an affiliate NOT in your down-line lists a property in your area.

Tip 1 - Your sponsor is not in your down-line, so if they are active, it is prudent to order their HQ as one of your strategic areas.

RESULT - You get paid an ALO override for every property your sponsor lists in their own HQ area.

1.12.2012 - PropertyWikia have suspended selling additional areas to existing affiliates and are not taking on any more affiliates at this time in order to concentrate its efforts, time and programme on only those affiliates who have already enrolled.

Note: New listings after the 1st January 2012 do not get the 12 week guarantee or Compensation.

Compensation and Commission is earned and payable subject to terms and the owner/agent complying with terms of listing. Representing us is mandatory and subject to personal volume and terms.
