My Member's Area
How do I set up my Ask & Voices profile?
Sign into your Member's Area and navigate to your ‘My Profile’ page. Click on the 'My Ask? & Voices profile' link located in the ‘My Profile & Alerts Menu’ section to set up your Ask & Voices profile. You can see this on the top right hand side of the page.
Most importantly, you need to decide on a screen name. Choose one that reflect your personality or one to represent your business. This field is mandatory. Should you wish, you can add a slogan to accompany your screen name, for those with businesses this will really help make it stand out.
Tell others in ProprtyWikia’s community your area of expertise. Select from the list in the drop down box, if it isn’t listed then choose ‘Other Expertise (Explained in My Profile)’ to give a full description in the next section called ‘About YOU & Experience’.
Tell others about you and your experience. You can write about your business or profession, describe your expertise and any qualifications and awards you may have. You can even tell people about your interests. Filling these fields will help promote your business but these fields are not mandatory.
Personalise your Ask & Voices profile by uploading an image/logo. This can be a picture of yourself, your company logo or an image that is representative of you. You decide (though images must be kept ‘clean’), but this field is not mandatory.
Save your Ask & Voices profile by clicking ‘Save this Section’. Now you are ready to make your voice heard!
It's highly recommended to interact with the PropertyWikia property community (Ask/Voices) not only to get the low-down on a town/city you may be moving to, you can also use this opportunity to promote your business (if you have one) within your local area for FREE.
Each time you make a post you are making your presence visible which effectively enables you to promote your business.
