The ‘Negotiator’ is our cutting-edge unique and revolutionary software tool that replaces the need of the middle man (estate agent/realtor/broker) thereby eliminating the need to pay commission. It is 100% free for you to use.
It seamlessly mediates between parties helping you both to communicate and guides both involved through the negotiation process; jargon and hassle free and saving you time and energy. The Negotiator is easy to use and takes the pain out of negotiating. The Negotiator can support an unlimited number of negotiations at any one time. It guides all parties through the process of answering enquiries; setting up viewing appointments, from handling offers through to completion.
The Negotiator is easy and intuitive to use. You do not need any experience at all to use the Negotiator because it uses a pre-programmed natural process. It knows all the stages of buying/renting a property. During each stage of the negotiation process, the negotiator will guide and prompt you on the next steps to take.
Only a Buyers and Tenants can start a negotiation. When they search for properties on PropertyWikia and locate a suitable property, they’re able to contact the owner by clicking the ‘Contact Owner’ button located on the property listing. This button takes Buyers/Tenants to the negotiator software in their Member’s Area from to send the property owner a message. They will receive an email notification to their registered email address informing them that an interested Buyer/Tenant has made contact. The property owner will be requested to sign in to their Member’s Area and utilize the Negotiator software to read the message. To open the negotiation and for it to progress to a sale, the property owner must answer the initial enquiry message from the Buyer/Tenant. The property owner will be prompted to respond in good time.
The Negotiator provides both everyone security. It controls the environment making early communication safe, secure and anonymous until YOU decide to share your name and other private contact details.
The Negotiator helps you weed out timewasters by displaying the history of the other party you make contact with, making it easier for you to check whether they’re serious about buying, selling or renting.
Buyers/Tenants also receive email alerts each time the Owner contacts them with information relative to the negotiation and likewise the Owner will be notified when they are emailed. There is always plenty of help at hand. The
Negotiator is your friend and ‘works’ for you!
