If you cannot sign-in there may be a problem with the way you are typing your username and/or password. If you are copying and pasting your username and password into the sign in page, you may be including a white-space after the last character which adds an extra character when you paste that prevents you signing in. Try typing it out or use the ‘auto-sign in URL’ that you can find in most emails we've sent you up-to-date. It is always best to type them in opposed to copy an paste, please try this first.
Still having difficulty?
Are you sure the username and/or password is correct? A good option here is to look for the latest email you've received from us and click the 'auto-sign' URL to automatically login to your member's area. Once inside update your password and make a note of the username for the account.
If the problem persists, please do this:
- Close all browser windows.
- Open one browser window and go to Google.com
- Now delete your browser's cache, history and cookies if possible.
- Close the browser window.
- Click this link - https://www.propertywikia.com/menu/Sign_in/Sign_in?
- Try to sign in once again.
Have you tried to retrieve your username and password yet?
It is simple to retrieve both username and password by email... All you need to know is the last registered email address on your account. The email you'll be sent contains an 'auto-sign' URL and a copy of your username and password. To retrieve your sign in details, please click here
Tried everything else so far and no luck!
On registration a personal 'Username and Password' was created by you. You were asked to create a username by entering a private word that you'll remember or your email address. You did the same for your password and both can be numbers and letters, upper and lower case may be used. Passwords & Usernames must be between 5-40 characters; @ . - are permitted.
Last resort!
You must try all the above solutions , but if you still can't login or retrieve your sign in details after trying, please click here
